Prism Power Earns Prestigious Platinum Membership in The 5% Club

Prism Power is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded Platinum accredited membership as part of The 5% Club’s esteemed 2024-25 Employer Audit Scheme.

This accolade highlights our unwavering commitment to empowering our employees through “earn & learn” initiatives such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Sponsored Student Placements.

With the responsibility of providing high-quality, resilient, bespoke manufactured power systems to a broad range of industries nationally and worldwide, our company aims to encourage a culture of growth and development of our employees. Having achieved the 5% Club’s Gold standard for three consecutive years, and now in excess of 10% of our workforce on apprenticeship earn & learn schemes, Prism Power has demonstrated its commitment to supporting the career growth of the next generation of aspiring engineers.
